Suanluang Rama IX is giant public park in Bangkok, located on Pravet district with an area of 500 Rai. You can read more about the park on Tourism Thailand website. Suan Luang Rama IX Flowers Festival is held annually on early December. It is taking place from 1st-10th December 2020. Fireworks display is on 1st and 10th December 2020 at 19:00.

Public Transportation
1. From BTS On Nut Station: walk to On Nut Market which is opposite to Big C On Nut, then take Songtaew (pick-up truck taxi) to Paradise Park department store (I'm not sure bus fare is 8 or 9 baht). Songtaew to Suanluang Rama 9 is parked near Paradise Park.
2. From Bang Kapi: take bus number 145 to Paradise Park department store, then take Songtaew.

Car
If you drive from Seacon Square, go straight until see Paradise Place then turn left. Go straight to Suanluang Rama 9. You can also enter from Chaloem Phra Kiat Rama 9 Road.

The Flower Festival starts at 08:00 until 19:00. You can visit the park by public transportation or your own car. The admission fee is 10 Baht / person and if you drive your car and park inside the park is 50 Baht / car. For example, you and your family have 4 persons and drive your car. Total amount is 90 Baht (10+10+10+10+50). It is not easy to find the parking lot if you visit the park late.
Sunflowers
Normally, the popular sunflowers field is at Lopburi. Now, you can enjoy sunflower field in Vachirabenjatas Park or State Railway Public Park (in Chatuchak district, Bangkok) until 20th December 2020. Sunflowers in Suanluand Rama IV are not much but also beautiful.
