I'm going to introduce Hokkaido Inter City Bus Pass and Budget Bus Pass which can save your travel cost. The ticket is eligible for overseas passport holders. The ticket cover bus fare of many bus companies except Donan Bus. Please see the differences between them.
Hokkaido Inter City Bus Pass (ICBP)
Taking the bus with unlimited ride in the central area of Hokkaido e.g. Sapporo, Otaru, Furano, Biei, Asahikawa, Niseko, Sounkyo and more. No need a reservation. The Chitose Niseko Line (New Chitose Airport - Niseko) is available in summer.

Purchasing the ticket
Purchasing the ticket, register on website. Registration is free of charge. You can purchase the ticket up to 10 people each time. The payment can be done by credit cards or Alipay. You can buy the ticket online but must exchange the pass before using it at ticket office. Exchanging the ticket requires e-ticket (can show your smartphone screen or printed paper) and passport.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation is possible up to the day before the use start date. It can not be canceled after that day.
2. Cancellation is not possible if the purchase date is the use start date.
3. After issuing the bus pass at the ticket office, you cannot cancel it regardless of the start date of use.
4. The cancellation fee within the cancelable period is 0 yen.
5. Cancellation can only be done on this website My Page. Please note that it will not be accepted by e-mail or at ticket office.
6. In case of canceling, all orders purchased at the time of purchase are canceled.
