Sendai is the capital city of Miyagi prefecture and city of Tohoku region. Getting from Narita International Airport or Haneda Airport to Sendai has several ways as follows:

The original fare is 3,000+ yen per trip. Checking the promotion on NEX website. NEX requires seat reservation.

Shinkansen Hayabusa and Komachi require seat reservation and Yamabiko has both reserved and unreserved seat. One way fare is 11,000+ yen approximately. Komachi and Hayabusa train are the fastest train (90 minutes). In fact, these two trains run together and separate the train at Morioka Station. In my opinion, Hayabusa has enough space to put your luggage in front of your seat while I have to keep the luggage at the front or the rear of the car of Komachi train. Komachi is the slowest which takes 2 hours.
