I traveled to Tottori and hesitated about the hotel which I should select. The first hotel is near the Tottori Station and the second one is near Yonago Station (Tottori). I chose the second one because I planned to visit Sakaiminato on the next day. If you plan to visit only Tottori Sand Dunes, choose the hotel near Tottori Station will be better.
I traveled alone so the review is for the single room with non-smoking room. The room rate was 5,508 yen which paid at the hotel after check out.

Yonago Station and 2-3 minutes walk to hotel.
Kansai Wide Area Pass does not cover the fare to Yonago. If you would like to buy the pass, please choose San'in-Okayama Area Pass.

Hotel Harvest in Yonago is good for the location, near Yonago Station and Aeon Mall Yonago. The hotel is on the left side of the station. I stayed at the hotel on the festival day so I can hear the sound of the festival but it is ok because the festival was end about 9:00 p.m.
The hotel rate includes the breakfast and the taste was good and variety. The breakfast time is 7:00-10:30 on the 1st floor. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The room is comfortable and clean. The room size is not too small (as Japanese standard).
The space between bed and the desk is ok. Yukata is on the bed. Free wifi is available in the room.
Free tea.
Toilet with shower and bathtub. Hairdryer is in the bathroom.
Amenities: Toothbrush & toothpaste, razor, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, face&hand gel.
