If you ever visit Japan, you may familiar with Mitsui Outlet Park which is outlet shopping mall. There are many branches located in Japan. Mitsui Outlet Park Linkou is located New Taipei City, Taiwan and easy to access by bus or MRT.

Take MRT (Commuter train) to Linkou Station (A9). Do not take the express train.
Taipei Main Station - Linkou Station: Fare is 80 TWD
Taoyuan Airport - Linkou Station: Fare is 60 TWD
I visited Mitsui Outlet Park before going to Airport. The fare is 80+60 = 140 TWD.
If I take MRT from Taipei Main Station directly to Airport, fare is 160 TWD.
I don't understand why the fare for direct train is more expensive. By the way, I can save my travel cost 20 TWD.
Get off Linkou Station. You must take the escalator down to the G Floor, then turn right and go straight (follow other people).

Mitsui Outlet Park Linkou has many brand names shops. There are indoor and outdoor zones. The design of outlet is similar to Mitsui Outlet Park in Japan. I spent time here about 2 hours for window shopping and dining before went to airport. I think the price is not cheap even it is outlet mall.
Food Court is on the 2nd floor (Indoor Zone). There are many Japanese food. I think the food price in food court of Taiwan is quite high but it is convenient. There are many available seats and clean.
