Rinku Premium Outlets - Osaka, Japan


Rinku Premium Outlets is large outlet in Osaka, Japan. The location is not far from Kansai Airport. There are 2 outlets in Osaka which are Mitsui Outlet Park Osaka Tsurumi and Rinku Premium Outlets. The tourist can enjoy shopping because has many both local and international brand name shops. Restaurants and foodcourt are also available.

From Kansai Airport: 
  - Nankai Main / Airport Line Local for Namba: 370 yen, 5-6 minutes.
  - JR Kansai Airport Rapid Service for Kyobashi: 370 yen, 5-6 minutes.
  - Sky Shuttle Bus to Rinku Premium Outlets: 200 yen for adult and 100 yen for child (one way), 20 minutes. Timetable is on website. Bus departs every 30 minutes.

From Osaka Station
   - JR Kansai Airport Rapid Service for KANSAI AIRPORT (990 yen, 70 minutes)

From Namba Station (Nankai Line)
   - Nankai Limited Express Rapid (1,270 yen, 30 minutes)
   - Nankai Airport Express for Kansai Airport (760 yen, 37 minutes) 

From Tennoji Station
   - JR Kansai Airport Rapid Service for KANSAI AIRPORT (820 yen, 45-50 minutes)

Opening Hours:  10:00 a.m. - 08:00 p.m.
Closing Day: Once a year, on the third Thursday in February.

If you have less time before leaving Osaka, Rinku Premium Outlet is good alternative for shopping. Although Namba and Shinsaibashi are big shopping center, they are far from Kansai Airport (Take 50 minutes by bus). Can keep your luggage at locker at the airport, it is convenient.  


Many Tax free stores, just show your passport but must meet the conditions as below:

- For general goods (clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, etc) ; 5,000JPY or more excluding tax at the same store.
 - For consumable goods (food, beverages, alcohol, cosmetics, etc); 5,000JPY or more excluding tax, but 500,000JPY or less excluding tax at the same store.


Scenery is good. The another side of bridge is Kansai Airport.
