Travel from Sapporo to Asahikawa - Hokkaido, Japan

From Sapporo, I went to Asahikawa to leave the luggage before went to Biei and Furano.
Asahikawa is the second largest city in Hokkaido. I think Asahikawa is quiet town when compare with Sapporo. Asahikawa station is clean and modern. Asahikawa Ramen Village and Zoo are popular sightseeing place.

There is foodcentre on ground floor and big supermarket. Can buy souvenirs from here too.

There are department stores such as Seibu. Moreover, 100 yen shop, supermarket, anime shops, cosmetic stores are available which not far from Asahikawa Station.
Although, I just stayed in Asahikawa only 1 night, here is good sightseeing place if you like cozy.
